Order processing & quality control

All orders undergo a visual inspection and quality check prior to packing.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

Please note:

- During peak periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer

- Our working days are Tuesday to Friday

- Orders placed during the weekend or on Monday are processed from Tuesday onwards


Warehouse fulfilment & shipping origin

NovaBath operates as an EU-based brand with both local and international fulfilment.

Depending on product availability, orders are shipped either from our own stock within the Netherlands or from trusted international partner facilities.

All shipments, regardless of origin, undergo the same quality control process prior to dispatch.

Certain products are stocked locally in the Netherlands and may be delivered faster where applicable. This is always indicated on the relevant product page.

Shipping & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link, allowing you to follow your delivery until it reaches your address.

We ship using reliable international logistics partners. All orders are carefully packed and shipped with insured delivery.


Made-to-order products

Some products are produced or finished to order. These items may have a slightly longer delivery time.

This is always clearly indicated on the relevant product page prior to purchase.


Customs, VAT & duties

United Kingdom

For UK orders under £135, VAT is handled in accordance with UK regulations.

All shipments to the United Kingdom are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
NovaBath remains responsible for customs clearance and import formalities.

Customers will not be charged additional VAT, customs duties or handling fees upon delivery.

European Union

For deliveries within the European Union, all applicable taxes and duties are included unless stated otherwise.

Other regions

For deliveries outside the UK and EU, local import duties or taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations.


Delivery method

Orders are delivered to the front door at ground level.

For larger or heavier items, assistance during delivery may be required.


Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@novabath.eu, including clear photos and/or videos, so we can assist you promptly.

Risk remains with NovaBath until delivery has been completed at the customer’s address.

In the event of an unexpected delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

While carrier-related delays are outside our control, we always do our best to keep you informed and provide support where possible.
